Butene-1

Butene-1 is produced by a catalytic dimerization reaction of ethylene.
High purity Butene-1 (99 % vol.)
Formula : CH2=CH-CH2-CH3

Applications:

- Used as a co-monomer in polyethylene production to control density.

- Used as a monomer in butadiene and poly butadiene production (synthetic rubber )

Ethylene

Ethylene is produced by thermal cracking of an ethane/propane feedstock
